About the migration:

What is going to happen?

• Our technical team will be moving your website(s) to faster web servers.
• This process will occur between 1:00 am and 5:00 am on October 6th (this Saturday)

How will my website(s) be affected?

• The process will be transparent to you and as seamless as possible – we only ask that you do not try to add new content to your site during this timeframe as it may not be included in the transfer process.
• Those who have direct control of their domain registrations will be contacted separately with the information you will need to update or what we will need to complete this for you.

Who will I receive my invoices from and how can I pay?

• Your invoices will come directly from PlanetNOC.Hosting by American Digital Services and can be sent via email or postal mail (on special request).
• Your account is completely visible with a login provided to you online at http://www.americandigitalservices.com/
• You can pay with

  • Your PayPal Account
  • Check / Money Order
• American Digital Services will be contacting you directly in the coming weeks to fill in any gaps we have for your billing information and to personally introduce ourselves to your company.
• American Digital Services will also be offering a 10% discount to clients who pay their 2008 hosting invoice by November 1st – otherwise invoices will be due by December 15th without any discount.
• Please expect to receive your invoice shortly after our first personal contact – this invoice will be marked with the full price as due on December 15th.
